This villa is situated in a nature reserve, lies at an altitude of some 500 meters in the mountains between Sant Feliu and Tossa de Mar.
This detached villa is divided in two parts. The first floor is the house were the owners live, the downstairs floor is available as a holiday rental.
At approximately 10km. distance are the beaches from Tossa, Sant Feliu and Platja d’Aro. This house offers a host of possibilities to have a enjoyable time in spring, summer, autumn and winter time
All rooms have sea views, There is a large garden with terraces and seating areas and a swimming pool where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing on the sun lounges.
We have, on the downstairs floor, four double rooms with en suite bathroom and your own terrace.
There is also a well equipped kitchen with washing machine. On the same floor you have a living room with satellite TV and DVD player. There is a large terrace with a barbecue.
